Position: Program Facilitator- United Way Anti-Racism Impact Program

Nature: 1 Full-time position (35 hours/ 5 days per week) and 1 Part-time (15 hours/ 3 days per week)

Organization Overview:

The Multicultural Helping House Society (MHHS) is a registered non-profit and charitable organization that empowers newcomers to succeed in Canada. This position will manage and deliver programs under the United Way Anti-Racism initiative. The position is a hybrid position, providing in-person, telephone and virtual service delivery to clients.


Job Summary

The successful candidate will facilitate, coordinate and deliver outcome-focused mental health and resilience-building programs for individuals impacted by racism. This includes group support, peer support training, workshops, and art therapy initiatives. The Facilitator will also plan a community events to raise awareness about the mental health impacts of racism, engaging guest speakers and other stakeholders to foster public dialogue.
