The Seniors Program provides a comfortable and inviting space for seniors to socialize with newcomers, immigrants and Canadians, youth, and volunteers, as well as they themselves can sign up to be volunteers. .  It gives them an opportunity to be a part of the community.

Informational Workshops

Our workshops provide seniors with information on community resources. It covers topics on financial literacy, health, housing, social benefits, prevention of elder abuse and a variety of other topics suited to their needs.

Conversation Circles

These provide seniors with an opportunity to practice and communicate in an official language on certain issues.


Events

Some of our events and social gatherings include bingo, field trips, outdoor activities, cultural shows, festivals, community events and celebrations (birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
